Information we use
When you place or track an order or bulk booking, Suvai Solai may use information such as your name, phone number, delivery address, order details, delivery notes, booking details and payment reference information that you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to receive and fulfil orders, prepare quotations, arrange delivery, verify payments, provide order tracking, respond to customer requests, keep business records, and protect the service from misuse or fraud.
Saved details on your device
The customer order page includes an optional “Save my details on this device” setting. If you select it, your name, phone number and address are stored in your browser on that device so they can be filled automatically next time. You can leave the option off or clear your browser data at any time.
Service providers and delivery
We use technology providers to host and secure the application and its database. Information may also be shared with authorised staff, delivery personnel or fulfilment partners only where needed to prepare, deliver or support your order. Infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as request or network information, for security and operation of the service.
Security and retention
We use access controls and other technical safeguards to protect customer information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Records are kept only for as long as reasonably required for order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, security and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may contact Suvai Solai to ask about personal information connected with your order and to request correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, accounting, dispute or legal purposes.
